The Lighting Superstore Showroom on Avonside Enterprise Park has now closed.

As part of our constant search for more efficient and effective ways to serve our customers, we are moving to a new warehouse and offices.

We've been at the Avonside Enterprise Park in Melksham for over 30 years and our warehouse and offices there have served us well. However, there are improvements to our setup that we need to implement, improvements that are simply not possible with the layout of the building we currently occupy

We are delighted to say that we've found a warehouse that suits our needs perfectly and will enable us to continue to drive our company onwards and upwards.

There will be a number of changes made to the way operate, the most noticeable of these is the removal of the showroom display area, with the focus being more on digital product selection. We feel this is more in keeping with the modern way of shopping and will enable us to ensure we find the best product for each and every customer.

Does this mean we wont be able to demonstrate our products to our customers? Absolutely not, quite the opposite in fact. We have plans to expand our stock holding, and any item we hold in stock can still be demonstrated in person, in our new consultancy area.

In 2019 we implemented our click and collect service, and it's fair to say that was a huge success, so this will also be something we'll focus on a lot more at our new premisses.

But will local customers still be able to pop in and purchase replacement bulbs? Yes of course, our entire range of products will still be available for anybody wanting to pop in and purchase in person.

Click and Collect Details

It has become apparent to us that a number of our local customers rely on the service we provide and are looking to us to for help. So we have formulated a solution that will enable us to provide this service in a way that does not jeopardise the health and safety of our customers or our team.

• This service is now available to all customers
• Payment has to be made in advance, via online card payment
• The order has to be placed through our website and you are to select the 'Click and Collect' option from the delivery address page during checkout
• You will be contacted by a member of the customer service team to make collection arrangements after your order has been placed
• If you are planning to travel to us and there are specific lighting products that you are interested in then please check that we have them in stock before you set off.
• If we don't have your requested items in stock then we'll often be able to order some in for your viewing and approval.
• Unlike many online lighting retailers we offer all of our customers exactly the same level of discount in person as you see displayed here on our web site.
